PHI Terms and Conditions

The essentials

The trial lasts 10 days and requires no card. Creating an account does not authorize charges. A paid plan requires your express confirmation of the amount, billing frequency and first charge date. You can stop future renewals without a cancellation fee. Your statutory refund and conformity rights remain unaffected.

1 Account and access

The account holder and purchaser must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your account secure and notify us of unauthorized access. A personal license does not permit reselling or sharing credentials. Minors may use instruments with supervision within an authorized program; student accounts and institutional use require separate arrangements. Independent accounts for children under 13 are not enabled without a specific authorization and data protection process.

2 Free trial

The 10-day trial starts when your account is created; no card is required to create an account. Creating an account does not authorize charges. Full trial access ends at the account trial deadline, after which available free access continues. Selecting a paid subscription is a separate action and requires a card. Check the first-charge date shown in Stripe before confirming: the current checkout rounds remaining trial time down to whole days and can charge before the account trial deadline. Lifetime purchases are charged immediately. No follow-up email is sent before the trial ends. Check your account and checkout schedule yourself; you can cancel future subscription charges through billing settings.

3 Plans and pricing

The current public offer is US$10 per month, US$96 per year in one charge, or US$249 as a single payment for lifetime web access. The annual equivalent of US$8 per month is not monthly billing. Before paying, you will see the total, currency, applicable taxes, scope and billing schedule. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Promotions disclose their terms and subsequent price. Future native apps are excluded unless expressly included in the offer.

Plan changes and purchases

Within PHI you can only purchase access or change plans; there are no additional purchases of instruments, credits or features. Before confirming a change, you will see its total, any prorated adjustments, effective date and renewal terms. Plan-change charges require your express authorization. Changing plans does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the previous plan or limit your statutory rights.

4 Renewal and consent

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew for the same period until canceled; lifetime access does not renew. Recurring billing requires express confirmation separate from any marketing choice. Review the amount and billing date at checkout and in your billing account. PHI does not promise an advance renewal email or a trial-ending reminder. Price changes must be communicated before they apply, must not affect an already paid period, and must allow cancellation before a new charge; mandatory notice requirements under applicable law remain unaffected.

5 Cancellation stops future charges

You can cancel renewal from your account. The instruction is recorded immediately and confirmed; access continues until the paid period ends. No cancellation fee or explanation is required. If you cannot access the cancellation control, email info@legatto.space: we will use the time your request was received to prevent or correct a subsequent charge. Cancelling renewal, deleting an account and requesting a refund are different actions; we explain the effects on access and data before account deletion.

6 Refunds

The established automatic refund policy covers the first successful paid charge requested within 48 hours, once per customer; renewal charges are not eligible for this automatic policy. Use the refund control in your account. This commercial policy does not replace statutory remedies or requests concerning verified technical failures, duplicate, unauthorized or post-cancellation charges. Send these requests to info@legatto.space with reasonable evidence; never send passwords, CVV or a full card number.

Second month and later charges

Renewals, annual renewals and later charges do not qualify for the first-payment automatic refund. Mandatory rights and applicable remedies for technical failure remain available in every period. Cancellation stops future renewal; account deletion and refunds are separate actions. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, and bank processing times vary.

Rights you retain

These restrictions are our commercial policy and do not limit mandatory legal rights, including withdrawal, lack of conformity, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or charges after a valid cancellation. They do not prevent statutory remedies for failures in any period. Contact us with your account, charge and issue; never send a password, CVV or full card number. You need not waive a bank dispute or complaint to an authority. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within legal deadlines; bank posting times vary.

Withdrawal rights by country

In the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, distance contracts may carry a 14-day withdrawal right from contract conclusion, subject to applicable rules and exceptions for services and digital content. We do not assume that using PHI or accepting general terms removes that right. In Mexico, applicable revocation and other remedies under the Federal Consumer Protection Law are respected. Email an unequivocal withdrawal request to info@legatto.space with your name, account, order and date; no explanation or mandatory form is required.

7 Scope of lifetime access

The single payment covers personal access to PHI’s web version and its future updates while that version remains operational, without recurring fees. It does not promise perpetual availability, hardware, native apps, custom development or separate services. This definition must be displayed before purchase. Promises already offered or contracted are not changed retroactively. If permanent closure or material changes prevent delivery of what was purchased, we communicate transition measures and applicable legal or contractual remedies; closure does not automatically eliminate refund rights.

8 Your creations and our platform

You retain the rights you hold in original recordings and creations made using PHI. You may use them for personal, educational or commercial projects, respecting third-party rights; we do not guarantee exclusivity in scales, patterns or coinciding results. You must have permission for uploaded materials. You grant only the permission needed to store, process and display what you request. This does not authorize advertising use of your audio or AI training without a separate agreement.

License and acceptable use

Ownership of PHI’s code, design, trademarks and proprietary content is retained. Your plan permits use of the service and authorized exports, not software redistribution or extracting libraries for resale. Attacks, accessing others’ data, evading limits, infringement and automation that harms the service are prohibited. Uses protected by mandatory law are not restricted by this clause.

9 Devices and availability

PHI runs in compatible browsers; MIDI, microphone, audio and recording may depend on device, browser and permissions. Test essential features during the trial and keep copies of exports. Simulations serve creative and educational purposes, not medical advice or certified measurement. We work to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Technical assistance does not replace remedies for non-performance.

10 Suspension and liability

We may proportionately limit access for security risks, unlawful use or material breach, communicating the reason and a way to clarify it where possible. This power is not used to arbitrarily retain payments or remove rights. Each party is liable as required by law; no exclusion covers fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury or liability that cannot legally be limited.

11 Changes and resolving concerns

We publish the version and date of these terms. Material changes are notified before taking effect, do not retroactively reduce a paid plan, and do not replace required consent. We will try to resolve concerns at info@legatto.space. Where Mexican law applies, it does not exclude mandatory protections in your country, access to Profeco or other authorities, or courts guaranteed by law.
